May 19, 2021 - v3.10.00

This document contains highlights of the changes made in release version 3.10.00

New Documentation Site

We've implemented a new documentation tool that allows us to house all relevant documentation in one handy location. That means you can access CXPHelp documentation, Release Notes (What's New) and API Developer documentation all in one location.

Please navigate around the new site and let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions. We've done our very best to make sure we moved everything over correctly but if you happen to find anything missing, links not working incorrectly, or just embarrassing typo's, please don't hesitate to let us know.

CXP Eventing (aka Webhook capability)

Several of you requested that we provide Webhook capability so that you can subscribe to see various virtual card transaction events. This functionality is now live. Please see here for specific details on what it is and how to get up and running.

Analytics

We created a new report in Analytics that will help you track unused virtual credit cards, which we quite cleverly named "Unused VCCs". It can be found under the PURCHASES tab, the PURCHASE REPORTS folder.

18221822

This report provides a list of expired, unspent virtual cards by either issued date range or VCC expiration date range (or combo of both). If you don't enter date filters, the report will return a list of all virtual cards that haven't settled with all associated VCC information (status, expiration and term dates, etc). This report will be particularly helpful if you want to identify unused virtual cards for which there is no associated Sale Return. The last column on the report contains the sale return amount, if there was one. You can sort or filter this column to see all virtual cards that don't have a corresponding sale return.
