All the Details:

We Added Virtual Card and ACH Event Tracking

This enhancement allows you to see a listing of every event that causes an update to a Virtual Card or ACH Purchase. Prior to this change, you could see auth and settlement transaction history but not the history around all the changes made to the card/ACH itself (i.e when the card is terminated, or reloaded or unlocked). This new 'Purchase History' option allows you to see that type of activity on the card/ACH.

The information is displayed at a summary and detail level. You can expand the information to see the details by clicking on the expand/collapse icon to the right of the event.

Example of a Virtual Card's History (Summary Level):

We Updated Bridge Decline Reason Codes

In this release we attempted to enhance the decline reason codes you see when a sale is declined. These are the reasons you see when you hover over the 'decline' status in the Sales and Purchases Grid in Bridge:

We Enhanced the Filter Options in Bridge

We continue to add new filter options as we received feedback from you on what you need. Click on the Filter option next time you're in the Sales and Purchases page in Bridge. You can filter by type or status.

We Cleaned up the Customer and Card Holder Names in the Sales and Purchases Grid in Bridge

We know - we confused you a bit with the information we displayed on the different grids in Bridge. So in this release we updated things and hope it's a little less confusing. When you're on the Sale and Purchases grid, you will see the Customer's name. On the Credit Sale sales details grid you will see the Card holder name.

We Added the Google Pay option to our Embedded SDK

If you're interested in learning more about our SDK and how it works, please contact your Client Success representative.

Oops - We were sending emails when you voided an Authorization....we fixed that

This one doesn't apply to many of you but if you call our 'Authorize' endpoint (this is for those of you who auth then capture) and you need to void an authorization, we were inadvertently sending an email (if you populated the customer's email address in your request) even if you indicated you didn't want us to. We're super sorry about this oversight. It's been fixed.

We Fixed our 'Search Returns' API so it will filter by Sale GUID

We allowed you to include the Sale GUID when you called our 'Search Returns' endpoint but we didn't actually filter by that GUID (so you got a whole lot more data than you expected would be returned). Try now. We think you'll be happy.

We Created two new API calls that will allow you to retrieve Webhook events

Sometimes stuff happens and sometimes that means you don't get all the webhook events you subscribe to. We can't solve all issues that might cause this but we can give you the ability to retrieve missing events. Work with us if you want more information.
